COVID-19: Re-opening our Tap Room
We have welcomed the news that the hospitality industry can start to re-open its doors, if not its arms, from 4 July to bring people back to pubs, bars and restaurants that are the mainstay of our industry. It's been a really tough few months for so many, in lots of different ways, as we've had to meet the challenges that COVID-19 has given us.
The safety and well-being of our customers and our team remain our top priority as lockdown eases. We are not going straight back to business 'Before Covid' (BC) from 4 July. We have decided to re-open our Tap Room bar from Thursday 9 July and we've changed our opening days and hours to make sure that the experience we can offer meets the standards that we expect from ourselves. If you're planning a visit, please read about our new opening hours and other changes we've made on our Tap Room page.
We continue to follow all current Government guidance on social distancing, hand washing and hygiene, use of face masks and other personal protective equipment, as well additional cleaning routines.
We'll do our very best to make sure that your visit is safe, relaxing and enjoyable, and ask that you have patience with our team as we get used to a new way of working. Together, we can stay safe.
Our shop is also not returning to business BC but beers will be available to buy and collect when we re-open by calling our Tap Room team on 01274 452098 during opening hours.
If you've already experienced our Home Delivery service, you can keep using it. Although set up in response to COVID-19, it has received such good feedback and support that we have decided to continue it indefinitely. If you've not tried it, please do!
