Join our Tap Room team!

We're looking for hardworking and engaging bar staff to come and work in our very busy, popular venue, including a deputy manager to help lead and develop our bar team and the Tap Room.

Are you a beer lover? Someone who can tell an IPA from a lager and a stout from a Dunkel? Are you happy to share that love of beer with Saltaire Brewery’s customers and fans? And are you passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience that brings customers back time and again?

Situated at the Brewery, Saltaire’s Tap Room showcases our beers and guest brews. Whether in cask, keg or bottle, they are served to give the customer the very best drinking experience. Your beer knowledge will be part of that experience because you’ll be able to explain the difference in styles and what customers can expect from each beer that they try, as well as make recommendations.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll bring at least one year’s experience in a similar role, leading shifts and managing a team to get the very best out of them; and an ability to create and grow a venue with customers at the heart of it. A personal licence would be an advantage. This is a full-time role, where the flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential.

To join our bar staff, can you work flexibly including weekday evenings and weekends? Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
