We are looking for a Marketing Manager!
We are a well-established, award-winning brewery based in Shipley, West Yorkshire. We’re known for our traditional brews, as well as new and innovative craft beers. With a passion for quality, we are committed to delivering exceptional products to our customers across the UK.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave and lead our marketing strategy during an exciting period of investment and growth for the brewery.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brewery's marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. You’ll work closely with our sales team, brewers, and external partners to promote our product range and engage with our loyal customer base.
This role is based on 37.5 hours per week and hybrid working is available.
Key Duties:
- Manage all aspects of marketing activity
- Oversee the marketing plan, planning activity across all channels
- Run an effective email marketing strategy, including weekly newsletters and automated email programmes
- Day to day running of social media platforms, including writing copy, creating graphics and scheduling activity
- Oversee our digital marketing strategy, including paid advertising, SEO, affiliates, paid social.
- Management of Shopify website, updating homepage on a regular basis as well as specific product pages and blogs. Uploading new products to the website, ensuring website copy and imagery is executed to a high standard
- Manage PR activity including press releases, gifting and updating PR contacts.
- Image creation: oversee and create photography and graphics for email, website, social.
- Analysis and optimisation of performance across channels.
Key Requirements:
- An experienced Marketing professional with a background in FMCG marketing or drinks industry is essential.
- A multi-channel approach to marketing across both digital and traditional marketing techniques.
- Ability to work with teams across the business as well as agencies and various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of Shopify and associated apps.
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media and digital channels.
- A degree, certificate or diploma in marketing.

This is a maternity cover position, so we are looking for someone who can start in November for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
