Phantasm of the Hopera

A collaboration beer created with our friends at Mondo Brewing Co.

A seriously zingy beer with notes of melon and lychee. Stone fruit flavours help to make this hoppy pale an easy-drinking, bright and refreshing beer. Phantasm is a powder created from grape skins, and the aromas it creates have well and truly changed the game for IPAs. This is one of the first cask beers ever made using this revolutionary and exciting ingredient.
