We're hiring Taproom staff!
Saltaire Brewery is looking for Part Time Bar Staff to join our Taproom Team.
Since opening our brewery Tap in 2014, we have been on a journey of discovery to establish ourselves a must visit venue. As a brewery we strive to make the best beer we can and deliver the best consumer experience. We provide a venue which is fun, engaging and focuses heavily on a high-quality experience for every single customer who walks through the door. The team make great beer in all formats and our ambition is to compliment this with an amazing Taproom experience. As the onsite face of the Brewery, we need to offer exceptional service and promotion of our brand and everything that we do.
Duties:
- Greeting customers positively and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Using the till, taking orders and payments
- Serving a range of drinks to the highest standard every time
- Keeping the bar and customer areas clean
- Keep bar and shop fully stocked
- Daily and weekly cleaning jobs
- Learning and having good product knowledge
- Serving functions and events, such as the Beer Festival
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and self motivated
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays
- Display a deep understanding of great customer service
- Experience not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Be able to work as part of a team
