We're on the look out for a Marketing & Events Manager

We are a well-established, award-winning brewery based in Shipley, West Yorkshire. We’re known for our traditional brews, as well as new and innovative craft beers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our marketing and events strategy during an exciting period of investment and growth for the brewery.


Role Overview:
As the Marketing & Events Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brewery's marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. You will also be responsible for identifying and securing external events through the year that deliver brand exposure and revenue generating opportunities.


This role is based on 40 hours per week.


Key Duties

Marketing
• Manage all aspects of marketing activity .
• Oversee the marketing plan, planning activity across all channels.
• Run an effective email marketing strategy, including weekly newsletters and automated email programmes.
• Day to day running of social media platforms, including writing copy, creating graphics and scheduling activity.
• Oversee our digital marketing strategy, including paid advertising, SEO, affiliates, paid social.
• Management of ecommerce platforms including Shopify and Amazon, updating homepage on a regular basis as well as specific product pages and blogs. Uploading new products to the website, ensuring website copy and imagery is executed to a high standard.
• Image creation: oversee and create photography and graphics for email, website, social.
• Analysis and optimisation of performance across channels.

Key Duties

Events
• Identify opportunities across industry and elsewhere for Saltaire brand.
• Fully cost and present business cases to board highlighting costs, expected revenue generation and brand exposure/impact.
• Plan and implement delivery of event considering brand presence and delivery in line with brand guidelines.

Key Requirements:
• An experienced Marketing professional with a background in FMCG marketing or retail, hospitality or drinks industry is essential
• A multi-channel approach to marketing across both digital and traditional marketing techniques
• Events experience in planning through to implementation with a clear track record of success.
• Ability to work with teams across the business as well as agencies and various stakeholders
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
• Knowledge of Shopify and associated apps
• Experience in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media and digital channels
• A degree, certificate or diploma in marketing
