The beer is lovely, thank you, but it was sitting in my neighbour's porch for over a week because DPD failed to leave a card to let me know that they had left it there.
I only found out when I contacted the brewery to ask when I could expect it to be delivered and they forwarded an e-mail from DPD with a picture of it in my neighbour's doorway.
This kind of slapdash service is par for the course with DPD, in my experience. Their system is rubbish even when it works as intended, and it rarely does, because their drivers are systematically underpaid and overworked.
Please drop DPD and switch to an outfit that is vaguely competent, such as Parcelforce/ Royal Mail. Ta.
