We love it with curry. Subtle citrus notes calm the palate, while the hops stand up to the spice. But if curry's not your thing, no worries - it's delicious as it is!
Tried Amarillo first on draught in a wetherspoons in Lytham , and enjoyed it so
much i had to try it in bottle form. I was not dissapointed. Really like this beer
as it has the fruity tones of Citra with the slight bitter taste of Blonde. As with most bottle beers it doesn't taste quite as good as on draught, but this comes close !
Cheers Darren!

Excellent beer, really handy to have it in a 5L mini cask for a garden party with neighbours.

Citra's Big Brother
Think Saltaire's awesome Citra and then think of the cooler big brother and you've got Amarillo. With punchy citrus flavours and great body it's always good to see this beer in minicasks.
