Tasting notes

Taste: Balanced malt complexity with tropical fruit at the forefront, dry and resinous on the finish 
Smell: Rich malty alcohol with a burst of tropical fruits
Look: Clean copper

Food matching

This is definitely the beer for curry night! It's a perfect match for the spicy indulgence of a curry and great with sweet desserts too.

Wonderful Big Beer in a Bottle

Classy IPA

A great find. Started drinking this during lockdown and have gone back to it after some time off. Packs a punch with a moreish malty, complex fruit background that changes slightly each time you crack open a bottle. Top notch.
