Triple Hot Choc Recipe

Snuggle up and cosy down with a loved one this weekend whilst enjoying a Triple Hot Choc. Wonderfully rich, chocolately and smooth, it’s ideal for a Valentine’s treat this weekend. Recipe:

114g melted dark chocolate

340ml stout beer

455ml whole milk

1/8 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp sugar

 

Method:

Over a medium-high heat, bring your beer to a simmer in a saucepan. Once reduced (this may take around 10-15 minutes), remove from the heat. After this, heat some milk in a saucepan until it starts to simmer. Add the chocolate, sugar, cinnamon and cocoa powder. Mix together with the beer until it’s smooth. Add cream, marshmallows, any other extras you fancy and enjoy!
